Do Asenath's Gentle Touch explosions work with totems/ballistas?

Non-Aura Curses you inflict are not removed from Dying Enemies
Enemies Killed near corpses affected by your Curses explode, dealing 3% of their Life as Physical Damage

Since this is the only decent item that is generally available at the moment that doesn't state "you kill" in the explode mod description, will those gloves work if my totems/ballistas get the kill?

Scenario:
- I attack with an ability, applying the explicit Temp Chains from the gloves
- My totems/ballistas get the kill, leaving a corpse/corpses with applied temp chains

I believe your totem attacks will also apply the curse for you anyway.

Yes, they work. Totems/Ballistas both apply the curse and cause explosions upon their kills.
