warlord + hunter modifiers? answered

Hi,

I was wondering how you could get a warlord and a hunter modifier on the same item
for exemple: +1 to all strenght gems (hunter) and +1 to all physical gems (warlord)

right now there are only a few on trade, which seems to be dropped, but can you craft it with alchemy or chaos, from which base, etc?
