Arcane surge + eldritch battery does not work it is a bug

Good afternoon, Eldritch battery is stopping the Arcane surge from working, that goes for the keystone or anything the that gives you the keystone i have tested this on 4 different characters, the same thing happens with all of them when they had the keystone Eldritch battery you don't get Arcane surge buff when it was meant to be triggering or no sine of its buff effect to spell dmg not being added, without the keystone however Arcane surge works and triggers like normal regards Last bumped on Apr 21, 2020, 6:37:58 AM
