How can i create a new hardcore character?

i got rip BY A BEAR!!!, while receiving a phone call. Lost my character, i want to make a new one but i only have 2 options LEGACY and HC LEGACY, when i chose HClegacy on the map info still says dificulty: normal. How can i make a new Hardcore toon?

Did you participate in a LadderRush recently ?
... ?

When you click the create button you should get 4 options Hardcore being the bottom one so all I can suggest is logging out and reentering to see if that fixes your problem.

Regardless of if that working or not it's worth posting this in the bugs report forum.

Also when you create a char it will start in the normal difficulty for that league, so that was correct for your new HClegacy char.
