Possible Unintended Interactions with The Queen's Hunger

I was thinking of making a build utilizing the ideas I will discuss in this thread, but I realized that these interactions may not be intended. I decided it was best to report it and not risk getting punished for bug exploitation. I discovered two possible bugs:

Firstly, I was messing around with ways of getting offerings to affect me without being a necromancer or ascendant. I discovered that the offerings in The Queen's Hunger can be affected by support gems socketed into the chest, such as increased/less duration. I decided to try out spell totem support, and it turns out that The Queen's Hunger summons a spell totem of a random offering type every 5 seconds when you do this. The totem acts as you would expect, casting the offering as if the skill was directly linked to the totem, with the exception of the offerings also affecting you due to how the armour works. This is the first possible bug: should the totem be triggerable or not? Normally, you can't trigger totems with trigger gems like Cast on Damage Taken or Cast on Critical Strike. However, the armour is triggering the spell totem and not you, so I could understand if the argument goes either way.

Secondly, I was initially testing this interaction with a Leash of Oblation equipped, allowing me to have all 3 offerings at once without the armour overriding each subsequent offering with the next one. I tried unequipping the belt and testing the interaction again, this time discovering the second possible bug: without a Leash of Oblation, I was able to have all three offerings affecting me at the same time. This was not purely visual: my character was physically gaining the benefits from each of the offerings as the summoned totems cast the spells, despite me not having the belt on. I don't know if this is intended due to the totems casting the spells and not the armour itself, or if this is a potentially exploitable aspect of the armour.
