Delirium timer not pausing during Legion encounter.

Just done a T14 sunken city map, timer on Delirium had just commenced (5 secs) while I clicked on Legion encounter and the splinters just dropped regardless. I thought they had fixed this so that the Legion encounter could be completed while the Delirium timer was paused?

Also had this happen twice lats night - both on T14 Trop Islands
