does critical strike multiplier increase ignite hit damage from righteous fire?

hello i have been playing righteous fire and was wondering if i build critical strike multiplier my righteous fire hit damage will increase because im struggling to kill monsters quick

Righteous Fire doesn’t hit. Critical Strike bonuses do nothing for it.
To boost its damage, you want Fire Damage, Burning Damage, Damage Over Time, Area Damage or just plain Damage bonuses, as well as increasing your life (or ES) because it burns based on a percentage of those stats. |

Critical strike multiplier just needs to be alot higher. Also get a lot of fire penetration as that greatly helps and some spell leech to help out with the degen.
And most importantly dont forget to use elemental equilibrium with something like Armageddon brand so you give them more fire resist so you can penetrate them harder. Last edited by gladiatorpie#3317 on Apr 14, 2020, 11:08:12 PM

Righteous Fire have 0% base crit chance, make sure you support it with Increased Critical Strikes Support or find some base crit chance from something else like hunter's body armour.
You can also increase Righteous Fire Cold damage by use Hatred aura combine with Watcher's eye "+(1.2-1.8)% to Critical Strike Chance while affected by Hatred" as well. Last edited by Ozxell#4971 on Apr 15, 2020, 12:39:06 AM

that build is not in good spot right now
but you should consider a xoph heart as it cover enemies in ashes and it make them to take increased fire damage |
