Catalyst Crafting (Ring): Quality removed by applying Orb of Augmentation

While trying to craft my iLvl:85 'Vermillion Ring' I've just noticed that using an 'Orb of Augmentation' reduces the applied Quality... this is annoying and expensive as well...
What I did in order to reproduce: Take my iLvl:85 'Vermillion Ring' as normal base item, apply 4x 'Fertile Catalyst' in order to have 20% Quality applied. Start using first Transmutation Orb, then iterating with Alteration Orbs... whenever I now use an Orb of Augmentation on a single mod, the overall Quality drops... Last bumped on May 1, 2020, 8:37:24 AM

" Sadly no bug here but error 40 !! Hold you mouse over the "Orb of Augmentation" and read the text carefully.... Please also observe that other orbs also do the same --> Ex removed 20%, Regal removed 5% and so on.... Last edited by HanSoloDK#4843 on Apr 13, 2020, 2:27:01 PM

WTF ... this just happened to me too. Lost 40% fertile for 24 mana and 200 armor gain.
I ex maybe once a league, could this be made a little bit clearer, like a red 'remove' ?! I had no idea they made changes to the exalt orbs (and others) this way. Really, wtf. |
