I have an rtx 2060 ti super 8gb, and i have 70%+ usage in my h/o.
Considering you are running a regular gtx 1060, i am surprised it isn't capping out at 100% constantly. No rest for the wicked.

Even my beefed up version of 2060 super is below top end, it's like at the far left middle of what one would consider top end.
Also, let's not forget, when World of Warcraft was originally released, it could be run on a calculator all maxed out, nowadays good luck maxing that thing out on anything below 1070 ti, and even then you will be lucky to retain steady 60 fps - That's a game that was released more than a decade ago. Visuals get overhauled, engines improved beefed up and rehauled. If you really think that PoE has the same visuals and system requirements it did back when it was released, you must be out of your mind. Now most of it i don't mind, majority of people here could run circles around an iphone like they made it them selves, yet vast majority are illiterate to put it mildly when it comes to anything past that, especially pc hardware, hence you thinking that 1060 running full tilt while having the game totally maxed out is somehow an issue. Even when 10xx series were brand new, 1060 was a budget top end card, budget being the keyword, which basically meant you could run steady 60 fps on ''most titles'' as long as you were not pushing the visuals. When someone comes and asks for genuine help with their hardware or game client, nobody refuses to assist assuming they manage to spot the topic before it gets bumped down by a random player complaining that their nearly decade old hardware has a problem maxing out a game that visually is more intensive on gear than original crysis was for it's prime time. P.S. warzone is a joke, if you can run old cod games, you can run that thing, and apex is brutally CPU bound, you can run it on integrated graphics as long as you have a solid CPU. No rest for the wicked. Last edited by Daiena#7638 on Apr 13, 2020, 10:34:01 AM

this is my pc -->
Core i7-3770K, 16 GB ram, Asus GTX1070TI Cerberus Adv., Samsung 840 500GB SSD I am using the new FPS limiter so when I am in my HO FPS is limeted to 100 FPS. In my HO my cpu is around 50% and my GPU is the same. So it can be something in your windows'10 or nVidia settings/drivers or your motherboard chipset drivers that is not up to date. |

" i am not saying this is the solution, just some things to try - try to disable the intel hd graphic in the bios, windows can be stupid sometimes. - activate VSync - Dynamic resolution off, i have the same card as you and no problem (but i have win7) - Lower antialasing and Shadows. i tried to set my client like your setting and almost nothing changed. all is fine. |
