Question about how to make offer that i buy certain item

Hi
I wanna know how can i make an offer so that can people PM me to sell me their items. I know only this as with currencies but how about fossils and not only? for example -- I wanna buy Corroded fossils and i want people to contact me in order to sell it to me. How can i do this? For Premium Stash Tabs, try adding a Note to whatever item you'd like to swap for Corroded Fossils and use the Item Tag for those fossils in particular. You can add a Note by right clicking on the item in a public Premium Stash Tab and use ratio formatting to list your intent to trade Corroded Fossils for it.
For example, adding the Note ~b/o 1/10 corroded-fossil on an item will list your intent to purchase 1 Corroded Fossil for 10 Chaos Orbs and will have that request show up in all Bulk Item Exchange searches looking for that particular exchange.
