Storm Call + Awakened Spell Cascade Support

Hi,
in Metamorph League 3.9 my Storm Call had 5 overlaps with Awakened Spell Cascade Support. There was no change mentioned in 3.10 Patch Notes. This is how it looks now in 3.10 https://s1.imagebanana.com/file/200409/GxjcJwu8.jpg As you can see in the green area, there is no overlap anymore. Is this a bug or intended?
