[SOLVED]Failed to start 64 bit process

Fixed with Installing the non-steam Client.
It may be that Steam didnt run in admin-mode and thus POE could not run in 64bit due to WIN10-security preferences Can be closed

Game crashed frequently. Especially when making enmies explode via Explode affix from Body Armour or from herald of ice effect.
