Delirium mob "Spite" Damage is crazy

This mob that looks like a bottom tier mob is doing crazy amounts of damage. It has now 1 shot 3 of my characters all very tanky with 8k hp and 77 all resist, 50-90% armour. Unless you are recording your gameplay it would be very hard to know what killed you as the animation is not the most deadly looking thing and you wouldnt expect a mob to hit harder then most bosses. If anyone else notices that this particular mob is doing a lot of damage people report on here.

Here are some examples of the crazy damage they are doing. All of these characters are built for defense either are max block or over capped lightning resist. All of the clips need to be slowed down so you can see the Arc lightning hit otherwise you wont notice it so much.

If anyone else sees this post and records gameplay could you please post your videos and the defenses of your characters.

Also in Patch 3.10e they were buffed and apply shock everytime they hit?

Patch note:
Spite's orb skill now deals slightly more damage at higher levels and always applies Shock.

Is this intended? This seems ridiculous for mobs that are everywhere? There is map mods that get rerolled as ailment's on hit is Rippy.. Why is this a thing?

These little guys who normally spawn in groups of 3, that shoot black lightning arc's at you, are hitting for crazy damage. I have 77 all res, and 40k armour and they still chunk me for 1-2k per hit.
I absolutely agree, I have died multiple times from spite monsters even at lower tier maps. As a hardcore player I feel less inclined to play delirium and I find myself attempting to avoid all delirium league content. I spend multiple weeks leveling a character in hcssf and to die from a white spite mob one shot at t15 feels extremely bad. Shaper himself wouldn't deal this much damage.

Rant over, but I totally agree, spite mobs are insanely rippy!
yeah these mobs need a nerf, from the link shown they deal 1200 do 4200 lightning damage, thats more than bosses deal dmg.

I can facetank LITERALLY everything but one mob of this deals 1/3 my hp and its a white tier mob. and they come in groups, they tear trough a 30k molten shell
i have fortify, 30+k armour, and 78 max res and 30%chance to block attack dmg and 11 spell dmg, 1k leech + juggernaut ascendacy flat reductions.

this mob is crazy, nerf spites now.
