GRAPHICAL STUTTERING WHEN IN COMBAT

Heavy stutters that make FPS drops to 0 so frequently.It is unplayable whenever hitting monsters. Moving through map in fast motion also cause it to stutter heavily. It does not happen in any other games except PoE

- CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 1600 6 cores 3,2Ghz
- Mother board: ASrock AB350 Pro4
- GPU: Gigabyte Radeon Rx580 4GB
- Ram: Hyper Kingston 4x4Gb(16Gb) 2400Mhz
- Power supply: 650W EVGA gold
- Operation system: Windows 10 version 1909
- Graphical driver: AMD adrenaline 20.2.2

I cannot play PoE due to this fact. I tried every single update, sound driver, reinstall windows, reinstall GPU driver, lower game settings, optimize windows settings. None of those work. Hope GGG dev team can read this :(
