Chill Effectiveness Question

Whar is influenced by "Deep Chill" - 30% increased chill effectiveness?

I understand it like this:

- Cold Snap / Vortex Chilled Ground
- Chilling Presence Cluster Jewel
- Skitterbots?

And how exactly does it interact with Bonechill? What would be my max %increased chill eff. I need for 30% inc. dmg. taken?

Normally, the only things that affect minions (Skitterbots in this case) will say "minions" in the effect description.

You add all your increased chill effects. So if you had Deep Chill with other sources worth another 20%, you would have 50% increased chill effects from Bonechill, giving you 50% increased damage on your Vortex and Coldsnap.
Inc dmg from Bonechill is capped at 30%....

The base increased damage (which is capped, yes) is separate from the increased damage due to chill effect. You get up to 30% just for leveling the gem. Then you get the chill effect increase separately. And the base 30% applies to DoTs only, where the chill effect increase applies to all cold damage.

Or maybe I'm not understanding what you're saying. In which case try again.

BTW, it's possible that the max on the chill effect is chill effect caused by Bonechill only and not from other sources like Deep Chill. I haven't tested.
