Unfortunately this is not something that we are able to provide to you, as our system does not allow us to see this information. However, if you haven't deleted any characters, you can use the in-game command "/played" on each character and it will give you that particular character's total played time.

Alternatively, if you play through Steam, the client itself will track the amount of hours you've spent on Path of Exile. I hope this information helps!
