Where is Drek, The Apex Hunter ?

https://pathofexile.gamepedia.com/Drek,_Apex_Hunter says that Drek is lokated in Relakesh but Relakesh is a monster and not a place and in act 7 in Ashen Fields there is no Drek... so where is Drek?
