leveling a witch with hollow palm

currently using smite, feels kinda meh with current gem setup. what are the best gem set ups with hollow palm, or just levelling a witch.

iv'e currently got a tabula on, astramentis, seven-league steps. darkness enthroned, goldrim, one perandus signet. and one generic ring with dex and life. (stacking dex for hollow palm)

i'm around act 6 and starting to get wrecked. how do i make this levelling process smooth as butter?

BV does not get any damage from Hollow Palm, unless the wiki is wrong and it adds physical damage, not physical attack damage.

You don't need a 6L for levelling with BV. Use a real body armour and don't get wrecked.

im using smite for the hollow palm. 17k dps tool tip atm. just looking for tips to make leveling smoother. and best gems for smite. or any other set ups
