Kosis - The Revelation (20/20) - too tanky?

Is this dude balanced correct? :D

I mean, beside the damage he is dealing, which is not the problem, but he just takes nearly no damage. My Chaos DoT is really good and i cant even get rid of his ES and while dodging his attacks he regenerates it nearly instantly.

I do really like the Sumlacrum runs and was able to finish some of them, but this dude is close to Chuck Norris ^^

Also having trouble - whenever I see this guy as the last boss of simula, I know it's gg. Even as a jugg he melts my hp hard.
There should be a post somewhere about a Guardian Super-Sayan that oneshots Khozis with their Divine Ire.
qHEjQbIHtt roflstomps him with their zombies.
I have seen a CWC Summon Skeleton Cycloner Witch doing the same.

Kosis is tanky, and gets ever more tanky when fought at full delirium (pretty much like any other boss around there). If you have a build that can pretty much trivialize most of the game's content, you can defeat it. Otherwise, if you are lucky and kill things offscreen like me, you will put it in the lowest part of Lunacy's watch and whittle away his HP veeeeeeeeeeeeery slowly thanks to Delirium's pathfinding... um... "sub-optimizations", let's say.

bad build %100

Not at all. i watched people like ziggyd and mbxtreme die to that boss and couldnt finish all 20
streamers are the richest people so their builds are usually great. also not all of us want to play an afk necro build like you do. there is no challenge with a build like that..

It take me a while to kill him at 20 wave, but for sure he isnt too tanky.
It takes me like 10-20 sec to kill him depending on the amount of dodges I have to do. I play with my own build so I dont use the meta stuff.

Additionaly even if it took 1-3 minutes of fight, it wouldnt be tanky yet.
I don't know why people think something is tanky in this game.
I come from games where it takes even 1 hour to kill a single boss by multitude of people.
Guess POE is full of people without any patience and long-term-fight tactics.
Says "get gud", and is playing a build that abuses the herald cluster jewels. Okay.

I smell little fanboy out there. I can 20/20 with my miner, i can 20/20 with my necro, i will 20/20 with my EK.

Get gud.

Stop copying bad builds, stop watching bad streamers

While this does happen, its not always this simple.

Out of my 6 runs, 2 or 3 were deathless. The first one I finished 19 waves - which wasn't bad considering it was meant to evaluate performance and give me an idea of what to expect in the simulacrum.

The second time in I actually did worse - people here being critical are forgetting the rng factor. That second run was in Oriath Docks and almost all of my portals were burned fighting Kosis - mostly from dying just trying to get to him on the narrow bridge.

The areas aren't equal as some have more narrow areas than others. Not only do those areas increase the likelihood of death, but they also reduce the potential damage of attacks and spells that rely on area effect to stack damage like toxic arrow.

Also the spawns aren't set in stone, so on top of getting ugly mods you can suddenly be jumped by both the big bosses in the same wave.

Lastly, I'm running a build that not only utilizes fortify to reduce damage but armor and molten shell. There are plenty of worthwhile builds that aren't able to integrate that much physical mitigation.

Yep, totally over league play.
