Dex/int build

A couple questions here:
1) That area of the passive tree is going to get changed a lot when they release the new class? and if not:
A) What do you think about this build? Any ideas about how to improve it are welcome.
It is going to be a claw character, I was thinking of going dual claws but the hand shields things seem to work a lot better than just using two claws. I also didn't get the soul raker part of the tree because the improvement is minimal, during the weekend the hp I got was pretty neglible as I leveled, not because I had too much, but because it was WAY too little even after the passive increases, making the hp recovery from my claws way too slow to be dependable in any way (I was using ranger for future info), so I thought in the int/dex portion I could go for faster regen on the shields, and higher shield capacity, that with the hex portion for temporal chains and enfeeble (I was thinking, I am not sure about the second curse) and using Flicker Strike to jump between enemies so I don't take nearly as much damage. I wanted the dodge portion because it would open more space for the shields to regen, that way if I have enough avoid chance on me, I could luck out on a few strikes and my shields would have enough time to recover even mid fight. Well that and so I don't get utterly one hitted by anything with critical.

2) Since I couldn't find any forum open for int/dex yet, since well it still doesn't have a name, is this the correct place to post this?
