Affix order: Prefixes before Suffixes

GGG, please explain this madness.
Why are most suffixes displayed above prefixes in this example? I understand that there might be exceptions (life+hybrid life or adding rarity prefix+suffix) but it would be beneficial for all players trying to learn how item mods work if the prefix/suffix logic was kept as often as possible. This seems like a great idea! I know long time players know which is which but for newer people it would be amazing to get things in order that would be helpful to learning.
Currently I take each item I'm wondering about to the crafting bench and see what's open and what is full but that isn't ideal. |

I totally agree. It makes no sense to have to search a sword for the 'incresed physical mod'. At one point it was always on the top line. I think the damage mods should always be topmost on weapons unlike this one
