How does Steelskin's Cooldown Recovery Speed interact with CWDT? I'm planning on doing a 4L CWDT - Golem - Steel Skin - Enhance Support

It could - as the limiting factors will be the 3 sec cooldown and the rate you take damage.
Note that it won't work with a 2nd wind support (can't effect triggered gems) but your enhance idea should work. |
