Do we know if the new cluster jewels will migrate to standard at end of Delirium league?

Yes and no. I really like them, but to be honest, GGG is completely cornered, now. 95% of builds are more powerful by going full cluster jewels, and the regular tree is more or less useless except for defenses. I can't see that going well in long term.

Personally I find it pretty balanced currently but they will have to guard against adding superpowerful notables and stacking notables as they did at league beginning. Likely Voices should be eliminated. I realize GG has not been great with limiting power creep items though.

It's pretty far from being balanced lol. It was a massive powercreep and completely skewed builds variety as builds going to 2-3 jewels clusters will be massively more powerful than anything you can cook with the regular tree, by a LONG shot.

There are so many notables that any build can benefit. The cluster jewels add niche to everything.

We WILL see a nerf to herald jewels, Warcry jewels and probably voices, though the latter would probably not be necessary if the other nerfs are handled correctly.

Fractured fossils. The buy the orbs from dead HC characters, 100% a map and keep mirroring it with fracture fossils.
