Cluster Node Devastator worth it?

Hey,

i am going to make a Hollow Palm Cyclone Build.

Does anyone have experience with the Devastator Cluster Node? Are the explosions worth taking it?

Devastator
20% increased Attack Damage
20% increased Damage with Ailments from Attack Skills
Enemies Killed with Attack Hits have a 15% chance to Explode, dealing a tenth of their Life as Physical Damage

Yes and i combine it with deep cuts and smite the weak, an i guees i get faster in clear for 25%. And i can x5 all lvl simulacrums except lvl 20.
Previous i was x4 from lvl 16. Naw,i dont know can we stuck devastators and smite the weak?
