I don't i just pick it up during fighting. just use a strict enough filter.

Ignore the splinters. Ignore most low tier currency. Only play up to 4/2, it is next to impossible to reach 5 anyway even with conqueror influence.

If I'm trying to be efficient (lul) i pick up as i go. Changing the font size in your loot filter does wonders for grabbing stuff on the move.
Right now though my build moderately sucks balls for clear speed, so i do one pass to clear the map then a 2nd pass to run the delirium to maximize those kills for jewels/boss encounters. It is so sad that we are playing a loot driven game and we are FORCED by GGG to use filters not to see trash loot to the ground, not picking loot cause we are dead if we do, going back and forth to loot our 2x chromatic orbs etc. Clearly this game has lost its path. Everything is about MTX and RMT... sadly...
