Hello,
I did it today, so it shall be working at the moment / on the current patch for sure. I also used minions (skeletons) to be safe in the corners, so a golem shall not be a problem as well. Are You all sure who fails it, that You were not hit by the ground effect at all? Not only by the circle which is created, but also by their spawns in some directions coming out for a couple of seconds? I did it first try, so not sure about a failure message pop-up, but if You avoid all ground effects what is needed, the complete message pop-us up right after the boss is dead.

 All-time non-streamer luckless dropless rewardless tons-of-time-playing non-TFT-er 100% solo player. So, it just turns out, we were lied to for years with the promises of a two-storied one PoE 4.0. It doesn't/hasn't worked for me at all. No message of fail or succeed. I have made it through several times without getting hit by any of it. I'm not sure what to do at this point.

I didn't get fail message either but I completed it by 3rd try. It was tier 3 but I don't think that matters.
