SSF 2nd Tabula Rasa Vaal or Not?

Hello all, currently playing on SSF Standard. Don't have any considerably end game gears. Just finish the Tabula Rasa div cards. Highest level char is 72, enjoy play Arc Witch, Flame Totem Hierophant and Freezing Pulse Shadow. My question is it worth it to take the chance to Vaal the 2nd Tabula which thats the only 6 link item I have. If I should, which level should I get it at? I read some topic says if I keep it at ilevel 1 I have higher chance getting nice roll. Any advice or recommendation will be appreciated. Thank you

If I have 2, I always Vaal at least one.

Thanks, what about Item Level? Some says get a level 1 char to cash in the card then Vaal it. Or should I use highest char and get it at higher item level?

What the best results you can get from vaaling a Tabula?

Well since you never need more than 1 at a time, I’d Vaal it. Best result is +1 level to socketed gems.
