ACT 10 Ossuary Delirium encounters missing?

Well, I've ran ACT 10 Ossuary several times and didn't have delirium encounter a single time.
The Hell? All other areas seems to have it. Is it some sort of a bug? New mute system is terrible - no trade... Last bumped on Mar 22, 2020, 2:54:46 PM

This is some sort of a bug, nobody in GGG knows about it? (PS. I'm not 10 levels higher or something in fact the first time I ran it i was maybe like 70 or something or 69...) I also found it weird that they exist in The City Of Sarn. Don't remember which patch it was they removed most league content from that zone do to extreme ease of farming.

it think this is intentional, because a lot of people farm here before Kitava II. it is a way to make them quit this area and move elsewhere.
note that it is also the less deadly part of act 10 which is lvl67 with a nice circle patern. |

circle pattern is worst in this league tho. On the other hand, long straight line...
