Low dialogue voices

Overall voices in game are low. I have all the sliders halfway except music which is all the way right. I've tried enabling windows sound enhancements and disable/enable reverb.

NPCs, especially bosses, are incredibly low, that without captions in chat I'd have no idea they were saying anything. This was not always the case, and I can't even remember the last time I changed any options. Hardware has been the same.
