Can't spawn conqueror's at all

After doing conqueror's from different regions i've got to awakener level 3 (3 stones from Baran, 5 from Veritania, 4 from Al-Hezmin, 1 from Drox) and now i can't spawn conqurer's at all. I have timer for Sirus at crusader/hunter/redeemer as defeated. Drox in all regions exept 1 (where i got his stone) is said to spawn with 1 watchstone placed - i've run all kinds of maps in those regions, but nothing happened (tried switching watchstones/socketing 1/2/3/4 with different map tiers). Feels like soft-lock to me.

Same for me, except exclusively the green conqueror is missing, they broke the atlas in some way

Same problem - have 4/4/4/1 wachstones and sirus timer and just can't spawn Al-Hezmin for 60+ maps

 kinda the same trying to spawn baran in that region i run like 20 different maps in his region and cant make him to spawn... even different tiers T1-12 i managed to spawn another conqueror in a different region but it also took me alot of maps no idea whats happening |

Same problem here. 1/4/4/4 watchstones and cant progress with endgame quests anymore because i need 2 more watchstones in Haewark Hamlet area to summon any other conquerer.

After looking through people replies to this post, it feels like 13 watchstones is some kind of "choke point" - atlas breaks and you can't spawn influence anymore in any region. Waiting for a proper GGG staff answer.

 Finished all non-unique maps. Can't spawn any influence. Can't progress Drox questline. Even tried buying watchstones from people to "maybe" proc Sirus. Nothing worked. |
