Inspiration increases mana reservation for Aspect of Crab

Bug Report Reference # 209,681,673

Problem: Running Inspiration support gem as a 6-link on my Craiceann's Carapace Golden Plate. The mana reservation indicates that it is 28%. I've experimented with other gems and determined only Inspiration is causing the mana reservation increase.
Expected Behavior: On the wiki, https://pathofexile.gamepedia.com/Inspiration_Support, it states that Inspiration support gem does not affect mana reservation. Therefore, the mana reservation for my Apsect of Crab should be 25%.

I think whoever wrote that line in the wiki was trying to say the gem explicit mod of reduced mana does not affect reservation. Mana multipliers always affect reservation.

Hmm makes sense, but why do the other mana multipliers on my 6-link not increase the mana reservation of Aspect of Crab? Is it because of the Inspiration's gem tag?

In which case, a little sad. Will have to level Enlighten to able to use this Aspect along with my other auras.

Then, this is not a bug.

Same issue occurs with Purity of Elements. Linking the Inspiration gem to it causes the mana reserved to increase from 35% to 40%.

It's been explained in the thread already.

Inspiration Support can and will support any skill it's linked to. Any support gem socketed in an item that grants a skill will automatically support that skill, if it can. Craiceann's Carapace grants Aspect of the Crab, you have Inspiration Support socketed in the Carapace, and consequently Aspect of the Crab gets the 115% mana multiplier from Inspiration Support.
