Difference between "auras from skills" and "auras from skills ON ENEMIES"?

Does the "increased effect of non-curse auras from skills ON ENEMIES" also apply to auras like Hatred but not to Vitality or how does it differ?

Think it pretty much only applies to Pride and banners

Possibly also Death Aura from Death's Oath? Not sure whether that would be an "increased" or "more" modifier, if it even works.

Think of it as the opposite of Generosity. I’m not sure if it would apply to Death Aura. It only apply to skill auras, but the body armour provides the skill Death Aura. I’m not sure if skill only applies to skill gems or anything that says skill.

Do we have no official sources?
PoB says my Zombie damage increases by ~7% using the "on enemies" variant (I guess from Hatred) but PoB is of course also not 100% trustworthy and maybe I'm using it wrong on top of that. |
