Path of Exile 1 Gameplay Help and Discussion - Delirium orb help?! - Forum

After applying a Delirium Orb to a map and killing the boss, is there any way to claim the accrued rewards that appear in the bottom left? From time to time rewards would drop, but I see that I have 4x of each reward and it seems that it is getting lost. Is there a catch? " When you use a Delirium Orb on the map the Fog will be permanent and there will not be a skip/end button.
