Al-Hezmin, the Hunter Not spawning

I got solution - now it is impossible to spawn a conqueror by completing lower tier maps then are visible after putting in required number of watchstones. For example if 4 watchstones required, you need to run 14+ tier maps, not tier 1-16 like in 3.9.

Got the same problem as it looks now, and no its not the wrong map tier.

Edit: nvm... it works now... I don't know how though. Tried many many times.

Similar Problem here.
I got ~60 Map Completion on my Atlas and did maybe another ~15(mostly in corner regions) and so far Only ONE Baran and ONE Drox have spawned.

No Influence has spawned in ~30 Maps and I have no clue what to do.
I can't even get the 1st cicle done so...
If nothing changes I'm probably quitting this league.

Same here it seems impossible to spawn, ive done all kind of tiers, i have the area with no watchstones and done like over 20 maps.

same here, with Al-hezmin, have ran 10+ red maps in his area and no luck spawning, only counting 1 done so far

I'm having a similar issue.

Al Hezmin hasn't spawned in any map, whereas the text shows he needs 0 maps to spawn in all regions. Therefore, I can't get any green watchstones.
Without the green watchstone, all other conquerors needs 4 watchstones, which I can't complete.

So I'm stuck in limbo, no matter how I socket into the watchtower.

Any update on this one? I'm running out of maps trying to get past "completing 2 more maps will spawn Al H".

I'm running the same problem, just thought will reply to get attention. Cannot spawn green conqueror no matter how many white maps I've done in the corner region.
