Cluster Jewels Notable stacking?

Does Notable passives on cluster jewels stack? For example, 2 jewels with Renewal passive, do i get 20% minion chance to deal double damage if on full life?

As far as i have understood you can take these new hotables as many times as you manage to add them to your tree with jewels and generally speaking they "stack" with each other.

In the specifig case your asking about i would assume your minions get 2 seperate 10% chances to deal douple damage witch isn't quite same as one 20% chance.

If they don't stack how do they implement vicious Bite and precise commander or vengefull commander?
Yes, Cluster Jewel notables can stack. They are the only kind of Notables that can stack (anointing a Passive Tree notable AND allocating it won't "double" its effect, in other words). That's the whole reason why Herald Stacker builds were all the rage back in Delirium, and the reason that single Notable has been reworked so that it can only stack its effect up to 40%

Yes, if you allocate 2 times Renewal, then your minions will have 20% chance to Double Damage while on full life. That happens because "Double Damage" is a binary condition - either a hit will deal Double Damage or won't deal Double Damage. This makes it similiar to "Enemies have x% chance to explode, dealing damage as" from Obliteration, which is well known to stack the chance (but not the damage from explosion) if dual wielding Obliteration

That is incorrect. All notables can stack in theory, but allocating and annointing a notable is not taking two copies of a notable but taking the exact same notable twice. And while two same notables stack their effects, you can still only have a single notable allocated or not allocated, whether by points or annointment. Stacking notables also work with timeless jewels.

The rest is correct.
As long as it is stackable. If you take lightning non-crits are lucky, you can’t double the lucky roll. If it grants a buff you only get it once. Keystones obviously don’t stack. With that aside there are some very OP stacking mechanics out there. It was so OP on launch mid league GGG implemented massive nerfs because people could reach 0% damage taken.
this is technically why cluster jewels are so broken as a concept.

Not only is the answer yes in most practical cases. It is often by far and away the most optimal thing to do.

Its why in harvest most top tier minion builds were more cluster jewel than they were passive tree
