Question about freezing pulse?

Is freezing pulse do stack with 12% increased radius of area skill and 8% increased area damage in I choose the "Amplify node" in passive skill tree? anyone have an Idea?
If the skill gem mentions "Area of Effect" in the description then yes, otherwise no. I don't believe Freezing Pulse is an AOE skill, but not positive.

It says no =( so what should I need to do to make freezing pulse do more damage ? what skill node should I go for? and possible what gem is the best combo for freezing pulse?

You'll want faster projectiles gem and cast speed nodes in the talent tree, along with LMP or GMP (preferably GMP). Attack speed will also make the "pulses" go further whereas faster projectiles will make the pulse hit the target sooner.

Also, added lightening is good with freezing pulse.

Attack speed does not affect FP. Faster Projectiles makes the pulses go further and faster, where the damage dropoff of them is further away.
I would highly advise using a cookie-cutter FP build, particularly if you are at all new to the game (which questions like yours suggests you are). It is terribly easy to mis-step on a build and be in a situation where you are restarting your char. It's so easy that, candidly, I recommend that you go into this expecting 2-3 disatisfying characters before you finally get there.

Side note. Do not, repeat DO NOT, craft. Save all currency for buying things. You will probably fail in avoiding the temptation, but at a later date you'll wish you hadn't.
