Can't Summon Skitterbots

On my necromancer i just can't summon up my skitterbots, removing the gem, relogging, restarting the game, having no mana reservations, nothing helped, i just can't use the skill to summon them.
Update: Chains of Command seems to be the issue, skitterbot should ignore the line that says 'You Cannot Have Non-Animated Minions', but it doesn't. Last edited by MarciPWN#6683 on Mar 15, 2020, 5:20:43 AM Last bumped on Aug 16, 2020, 8:56:56 AM

Why would you think skitterbots should ignore the line that says you can’t have them?

Why would you think it is a bug, if it always worked, and it was not stated in the patch notes that it was not supposed to work?
