Does new wandslinger scale crit?

I haven't been able to find any information regarding if the scaling for the new wandslinger node also applies to increases and reduction to crit chance/multi. "Increases and Reductions to Spell Damage also apply to Attacks while wielding a Wand' obviously this applies to flat damage (local and to spells) but would you specifically need to only scale generic crit/mutli and not take crit to spells nodes?

it does exactly what it says it does. applies any increases/reductions in spell DAMAGE to wand attacks.

it does not apply crit, attack/cast speed, leech, penetration, or anything else.

just things that say damage.

Note it doesn't apply with more spell damage as more attack damage
It doesn't increase your spell damage into more attack damage it increase the final value of your damage you do with spell.
