Actually I was saying for someone who has played regularly you would have noticed you very likely still haven't seen one over several leagues, which is why its typically bought as opposed to found. And something that rare that serves at least some purpose is bound to come with a pricetag.

Same principal as why alluring abyss frags are far more valuable than the regular atziri frags, only to a higher degree of rarity.

Because it's so rare.
Gz for boots though. They're pretty cool for leveling.
