Unable to interact with Thane Jorgin after defeating him

Immortal Syndicate member Thane Jorgin is bugged.
Sometimes he behaves as intended after being defeated, but other times:

Minions see him as alive and keep wailing on him, but you can interrogate him.
Minions see him as alive and keep wailing on him and you cannot interact with him in any way.

Thane Jorgin is often kept in Intervention because of the rewards. This means you often get "jumped" by him and his gang. If you can't interact with him you cannot proceed with the two remaining Syndicate encouters. Quite problematic.

This bug is old. When I searched for a solution I found reports dating back to Syndicate league.
I had it happen in Legion playing Essence Drain.
I had it happen in Blight playing Viper Strike.
I had it happen in Metamorph playing Raise Zombie.
DoT/Direct damage/Minions...anything can cause the bug.
Re-entering portal or relogging does not make Thane Jorgin interactable.

Got the same problem many times, Thame Jorgin is just sitting there and you can´t talk to him.

I just had the same Bug. Thane was a memeber of a assasination Team, and when i checked i already had all members of the syndicate in my investigation list (but not Thane). So the Game tried to add an additional member that exceed the full list it seems. I could not finish my Quest. I have screenshots if needed.

Have the same bug..i can talk with Thane and click an option, but nothing happens. Cant finish the encounter.
F..betrayal is so bugged leagues ago..shit mechanic!
