Cast When Damage Taken + Withering Step

Hey guys!

When I manually cast Withering Step, the mob's mods litterally says "Vulnerable to chaos".
When however I have Withering Step linked to CWDT, it's doesn't.
The buffs that it gives me do apply though, but not the debuff on enemies?

Is this intended or can this be a bug?

I went to reproduce the bug on my character, and I wasn't able to get any spells to trigger the "Vulnerable to Chaos" mod on enemies.

I self-cast Withering Step and didn't have the mod pop up, and to make sure I put down 2x Wither Totems, and max stacks of wither against lvl 4 mobs didn't trigger the Vulnerability mod.

Something other than Withering Step must be triggering the mod.

Looking at your character it looks like it's your helmet, which doesn't activate off triggered abilities.

You're using the unique helm Eber's Unification, this triggers Void Gaze when you use a Skill.
Void Gaze reduces enemy Chaos Resistance by 20%.
I just tried it and you are right...
Stupid of me to not have noticed that.
