Second wind support?

Try it. It helps a bit. Especially in delerium, especially if you need to shoot boss first for challenge.

But anyway this suits for only limited maps and limited number of not so much phased bosses what not chew delerium timer so much with their immunity and other annoying phases.

It helps to get to them faster.

Second Wind with Dash is unreal and now that I've tasted it I'll never use any other movement skill. Unless of course they destroy it with a nerf.

When you're stuck with dash, that extra one goes a long way.

That's not to say I couldn't have switched travels by now, but at the time I didn't have the stats to run flame dash and I haven't been in the mood to recolor and level up another gem. Could buy one but not that eager to spend since the extra dash isn't gonna be gamebreaking for me.

Not a socket to spare? Flame Dash used to kind of require Faster Casting, so essentially nothing changes. In essence, Second Wind does about the same now as Faster Casting used to do for Flame Dash.

You want it on just about every movement and utility skill for the cooldown recovery alone. I use it on arcane cloak and brand recall even though it does not give a second use to them.

flame dash + arcane surge + second wind + incr duration/faster casting

Am I missing something? How is that not useful? Extra charge and faster cdr is good even on flame dash.

Have it on Dash + Flame Dash for a total of a 3L, Flame Dash just there for bigger gaps. Dash improves in cooldown recovery so it gets more reliable as you level it up with Second Wind too.
