Using Plaguemaw V itemized prophecy crashes the game.

While standing in my hideout after completing a plaguemaw prophecy in a previous map I activated an itemized Plaguemaw V prophecy from stash and the game crashed.
I restarted the game, completed a crystal map and the Plaguemaw V prophecy, used another Plaguemaw V prophecy from the stash and the game crashed again. Notice me Mathil-San! PoE > other ARPG but please remove ID/Portal scrolls. Less Weight! Merge ultimatum mechanic with ritual loot, remove harvest, more beast storage. Atziri's rule and Doryani's Fist are pretty awesome.
