Dual Weild Sword Build - Thought

Would like some input on this, gonna start going this build. Do you need a lot of accuracy with swords?

Duelist DW LVL 70

If you're going to use foils then you'll have a lot of trouble keeping up with dex req.

I'm using a similar build right now

Lvl 43 Duelist

No problem with slashing one-hand swords, but they felt somewhat weaker. Dunno why.

Accuracy weren't an issue for me, my chance to hit averages at 92%.
