False Negative: Incorrect format: CustomAlertSound [filepath]
Bug #: NaN (not in-game related) - tested vs 3.10 w/ Steam!
Replicatible on: Windows, MAC, Linux (all supported distros/versions - this includes SERVERS!) this is to do with the item filter on the website itself (via pathofexile.com/item-filter), not in-game - IN-GAME FILTERS WORK FINE. using spaces in file names isn't permitted - even though in-game it's permitted & filters will function just fine. example below (though it can be with ANY file with ANY supported extension with ANY # of spaces in it.) " this also throws up a error 400 when trying to update or create brand new filters using the sync function on filterblade.xyz (and yes, I am aware, that this site is not owned by GGG.) Usage of this string works fine: " Editing the file using Visual Studio Code will suffice as a temp fix. As such, this is NOT a game-specific bug, even though it's used exclusively in-game, as you have to build these either on THIS site, or using a 3rd-party website SUCH as filterblade.xyz The tag I have set is 110% accurate. NOTE: ext refers to ANY valid Sound file extension usable with Path of Exile filters. Any future patch MUST retain this info, otherwise it'll break! I've gotten the same problem just now. To further add on, this bug must've been introduced sometime this league--perhaps the latest item filter patch, seeing as I have a previous iteration of a filter with spaces in the filepath already uploaded. Trying to edit and re-submit still causes the flags.

" it was introduced THIS patch, and is specific to Web-based item filters. Downloaded (on-hard-drive (not Cloud-based)) filters do NOT have this bug at all. Whether your filter is public, private, or Hidden, makes absolutely no difference. Last edited by bvanharjr#5617 on Feb 24, 2020, 11:06:34 PM

still happening. this does NOT require a client patch to fix, and will be forwards-compatible with 3.10 (and ALL other patches, assuming you don't bug this code up) once it's implemented.

Hmm, it looks like I'm having a related problem to this. The game loads my item filter fine, but trying to save it via the site gives me syntax errors if I have more than a single space between "CustomAlertSound" and the file path. Since I'm trying to format my code in a readable way, this is a problem. Hopefully this can also get looked at?
More hymns for Cassia when?
