We found out why we had lags and freezes...

I speak on behalf of my 3 friends when we play together.

It was impossible to play together before properly. We had horrible lag peaks, constantly during all of our assignments, as well as freeezes.
We also had very long game load times, server authentication error...

Today, we are finally relieved, because we no longer have a lag, no longer have disconnection, have no more freeze creases since the moment we disabled synchronization with the filters. (we all unfollow the filters).

When we reactivate the filters sync, it starts again. There is no exception, because even when playing solo the problems come back.

So we recreate the filter files, like before, and it works great now.

Is this the same for you?

I think you need to explain what it is you did to fix it? Filters? You mean your turned loot filters off?
I'm very interested in trying this out, whatever it is you mean. :D

We have activated the synchronization (Follow) of NeverSink filters (semi-strict, strict, very strict).

It was then that the problems happened. Lag, freezes, authentication problem, game disconnection ...

For several days, impossible to play correctly.

I had a doubt about the filters, so I decided to desynchronize (unfollow), and immediately, I no longer had a single lag, nor all the other problems.
My friends then did the same thing, and they too worked perfectly.

So i created a filter file (nameofyourfilter.filter) (C:\Users\aerao\Documents\My Games\Path of Exile) and i put inside the corresponding filter code (very strict for example) and then loaded it manually into the game UI (like before).

I think the synchronization is done continuously, not once when the game starts, which will explain the lag peak problem.

Since yesterday's patch, I tested the synchronization, and it seems that there are no more problems.
I do not know if it is a coincidence or if the patch fixed the problem so I will continue to test.

You can turn on filter in two ways. 1. Download filter file and copy it into game files folder in Documents.
Or
2. You can go on forum for profile of someone whos made filter, then You can see them and pick to "follow" then game will automatically "follow" that chosen filter. Click someones nick (not mine, i didnt do filter) then on right side below avatar You will have additional options and among them Youll find Item Filters, go there and see it.
