Syndicate Crafting Bench (Add a Veiled Mod to a Rare Item)

Is this newly added mod conflicts in any way with
- other previously unveiled mods (in other words, how many unveiled mods you can stack)?
- crafted mods (existent or future)?
- lab enchantments (existent or future)?

Ok, I got it.
It basically gives you one random crafted mod with all the restrictions applied.
I thought it's something more.

if aisling is 3star, this bench will sometimes give you 2 veiled mods. but yes it is pretty under whelming otherwise.
I assume you'll still need to have free space for them. I.e. free suffix/prefix.
Which makes whole thing really pointless, given its randomness.
I thought it's more like lab enchant and you can put some random mod on top of what you have. It would make more sense, given that lab enchant is easier to get than this bench (this is first time I see it, and I killed syndicate mastermind several times already).

most people use it to force unlocks for specific items.

veiled quivers are very rare drops. using this to add veiled mods to quivers allows you to get progress on those unveils.
