I'd like to engage the community into reviving this build and start with my character as a possible take on the good old poet's pen dual wield with lightning warp.

This is not very fleshed out, I must have put this character together in legion or before that and had it resting in standard as I wasnt playing for a while.
I didn't look too deeply into it, when i gave it a spin on a T8 Map, it worked surprisingly well.

Hopefully someone with a deeper knowledge in the mechanics of the game is interested in this an has some improvements to share for all of us.
