Locomancer Trophy won't Pop

Am I doing something wrong? I have gotten every checkpoint in the game, even the two before Act 5 changes. I've done it on 3 characters now and nothing.

This wasn't even mentioned in Known Issues which has me worried.

Did you remember the one in the Templar Laboratory in Oriath after completing act 10?

I believe they removed the way point in the Templar Laboratory with patch 3.9 with the new end game. My trophy also did not pop once I reached endgame. I had read there was another way point after defeating Sirus for the first time, but that still did not unlock it for me. It seems it is just the same endgame way point as was in Oriath before beating the endgame. After Sirus, I went back to hideout, ran a few maps, did some delve, and then the way point at Nico's encampment wouldn't let me go back to my hideout. I went to the Aspirant's Plaza, then to hideout, and the trophy unlocked. GL
