IS this item Mirror Tier Worthy

Traded a self crafted ring for the base, which i have never heard of and seen they had some value and decided would be fun to craft on a very rare and scarce base. So i decided to keep rolling and rolling till i hit the prefixes and then it took awhile to do the suffixes roughly 150Ex.

Also ran lab about 20x to get a decent enchant, hit the additional chain for Arc.

I know its hard probably hard to get ppl to actually give you a mirror to make a copy, but just trying to see if it is actually mirror worthy, and if anyone can help.

Personally I doubt it is mirror worthy enough in Standard. Contact Ahfack and ask him.
